During the period of november and december of 2003, Fribergs Verkstäder updated to ISO 9001:2000.

Quality policy

Fribergs shall offer its clients high quality, a friendly approach and a high degree of service-mindedness. Environmental and safety issues are things we take very seriously. Efficiency and profitablity shall characterize all parts of the company.

This means that we shall always strive to among other things:

• Strive to live up to our own as well as the client's requirements according to agreements entered into.
• Reach high profitability by maximizing efficiency and prioritizing things that our clients value most.
• Keep long-term relationships with our clients.
• Work systematically.
• Have a down-to-earth, friendly and personal approach.
• Keep a high degree of service-mindedness.
• Ensure security and safety.
• Supply an environmental consideration of our work.

To sum it up, we ourselves and our clients should experience a "Feeling of Quality and Fribergs".
